Omnom delishus five-day-weekend. 8V Apparently the big glass dome over the school library broke, which really sucks EXCEPT NOT because lol NO SCHOOL FOREVEEEEEER maybe. The only bad thing is that all my teachers are going to expect us (the students) to have done our homework for the days that school was closed. Which is like 3482758347 assignments. D: I'm seriously going to drown in all this AP History busywork, guys.

Also the bathtub stopped leaking YAAAAAY life is good.

I finally figured out how to make decent-looking colored manga icons. XD; After, what, two years of trying? Whatever. At least now I can unleash ebil Kiki doujinshi icons upon the UNSUSPECTING MASSES, BWAHAHAHA. I need to stop watching Excel Saga. I love it, but I gotta stop watching it. :|

Chi -- my L cosplayer schoolfriend -- has been harassing me about Tengan Toppa Gurren Lagann. Apparently this is a new anime that has outstripped Haruhi in its awesomeness -- like Excel Saga with plot, or something. All I know is that Kamina has awesome glasses and that his quotes kick the butts of Riku's quotes. Which is sad. WE CAN'T LET FEAR STOP US. I'M NOT AFRAID OF THE DARKNESS. :| <3

Apparently my friends and I are doing group cosplay for WalnutCow (our school's mini-con). I wanna do Death Note and be Mellooooo and have Erin be my Maaaatt. >D It would be sexy. It would be awesome. IT WOULD BE BISEXUAL GIRLS COSPLAYING AS GAY BOYS~~ Or I could be Near and Erin be my Mello? Oh, there's so many choices~~ So many wonderful gay DN-related choices~~ We have Chi for an L, Kate for a Misa, Daycia for a Light, Adam for... an... uh... IDK MATSUDA?!, Andrea for... uh... wtf I don't know Mikami, and then... um... other friends for other DN characters. SHUSH IT'S 8:52 PM AND I JUST WOKE UP FROM A NAP~~

Mikami/Near will be written by me in the very, very near future. Because of this thread from capslock_dn, which caused me to spray milk accross my laptop screen. Why is everybody so awesome? D: <333

LET THIS POST SERVE AS PROOF THAT ANY MENTION OF DEATH NOTE GAYNESS TURNS ME INTO A PUDDLE OF DELICIOUS CHERRY JELLO.

WOW. >_< The ADB system makes the fights really enjoyable, to the point that I ended up spending over six hours just running around leveling up in the Giza Plains at the very beginning of the game. Like, very beginning. Before you get Penelo. (Does anyone else call her Penny in their heads?) Also, Larsa? He is win. PURE WIN. What she sees is not what she drew, and the discrepancies in color and shading are confusing enough to force a fluttering grimace of concern across her face. The outcome of this drawing is not the outcome that she is straining towards, and if its prediction becomes reality -- and it will become reality, Namine knows this if nothing else -- the careful orchestration and complex maneuverings required to nudge two beings and one heart onto the right path will have been all in vain.

Cloaks stand twinned on the thick creamy sheaf. Silver streaks are half-edged in black ribbons, and jagged gold is angled just so, revealing the faintest sliver of peach.

She tears the page out, ignoring the perforated edge, and runs the tape along ripped fibers before slapping it up on the white-echo walls. After a moment's thought the page is tugged back and unceremoniously crunched.

Namine does not want Marluxia to see this. It is evidence. It is damning.

When Axel comes to visit her next, she will ask him to burn it. He will do so without comment. The ashes will drift harmlessly to the ceramic floor, and over days and weeks will dissipate until the threat of a quicksilver boy and a marigold nothing is as translucent as her own memories.
